Two firsts in one episode. This is the first time Terry & Scott had both previously seen the movie (and probably more than once). And more excitingly, they were joined by their first guest. S&T are joined for the review of They Live with their friend and fellow film-buff, Casey. Due to this episode’s film, the obvious Top 5 is John Carpenter faves.
It’s finally happened. Scott & Terry are finally reviewing a film from the golden age of slashers, the 80s. The House On Sorority Row is their first choice and probably won’t be the last. For this episode’s Top 5, Scott declares his favourite 80s slashers and Terry disregarded the guidelines and just picked his favourite slashers.
One of the biggest Netflix Original films ever has been bestowed the honour of being reviewed by Terry and Scott. It’s breathing rarified air now. This episode also includes S&T’s Top 5 isolation picks.
Revamped, relaunched & re-surrected, good enough. Scott and Terry are kicking off their second season after a lengthy absence. So it is apropos their returning film is the much maligned Halloween: Resurrection. They discuss their return and the revamping of the podcast; the main feature; and their favourite films since the last recording. Let the sophomore season begin!
Episode 3 of FlickSmacks’ spin-off, QuickLick. This podcast features the extremely funny, entertaining and worthy sequel, Zombieland: Double Tap.
